It builds tailormade marketing programs to achieve the development of the Genoa congressional brand in the reference markets, with the aim of bringing the largest number of events to the city.

Increase the number of events acquired in the destination through more aggressive marketing actions and customized commercial proposals, with particular reference to the further development in the acquisition of national and international associative congresses and national corporate events (conventions, incentives, weddings)

It maintains a control room that, starting from the strategic role of the Convention Bureau, involves public and private stakeholders in a real team game and a driving force in the planning and construction of a governance and marketing strategy.

Expands and strengthens partnerships and partnerships with local stakeholders, maintaining the foundations for the promotion of the destination in the business, leisure, wedding, events and other tourism segments of potential interest to the destination.



  • Design, study and graphic creation of customized application files and preliminary estimates

  • analysis of the suppliers suitable for every necessary service (specialized agencies, catering, audio video services, transfer, hostess, photographer...)

  • support in the development of exclusive experiences (tours, activities, guided tours, etc.)

  • creation on our website of a web page dedicated to the event for individual bookings of participants with CBG staff dedicated to the management of reservations and dissemination of the event on CBG’s social and web channels
