Convention Bureau Genova is the key reference point for promoting Genova and its surrounding area within the MICE, wedding and luxury sectors.

Working in close partnership with the City of Genova and its network of members, it brings together local supply and international demand, supporting associations, corporations and event organisers in evaluating the destination and planning their events.

Through a qualified network covering the full meetings and events ecosystem — including venues, hotels, Professional Congress Organisers (PCOs), agencies, and technical and logistical suppliers — Convention Bureau Genova provides expertise, connections and practical tools to support the organisation of congresses, conventions, meetings, incentive programmes and events.

• bid support and preparation of candidature documents

THE ROLE OF PROFESSIONAL CONGRESS ORGANISERS (PCOs)

Among its members, Convention Bureau Genova includes experienced Professional Congress Organisers (PCOs), specialists in the planning and management of congresses and complex events.

PCOs work alongside clients and organising committees throughout all operational phases of an event, from secretariat services and registration management to logistics coordination and on-site delivery, ensuring professional execution and a strong understanding of the destination.
